Custom and personalized orders
If you desire a custom order, please contact me and we can talk about what you have in mind. These will take additional time, so please contact me in advance. Custom orders usually take around 1-2 months to create. In some cases a deposit is required beforehand.

Care instructions
Many of our items are dishwasher safe, but hand washed in warm soapy water is recommended. Most of my pieces can be used in the microwave with some exception. Please use caution when removing as they do retain heat and will be hot.
Size, color, shape
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, the size, shape and color is approximate and each piece varies just a bit. I take my time to ensure that each photo listed is an accurate representation of the finished piece.
Shipping
Due to rural area where we live and work (HiDesert in California) and our local Post Office opening hours we only ship on TUESDAY and THURSDAY. We pack all parcels a day before shipping days.
If I receive an order early enough in shipping day I can sometimes send it out the same day. You will receive email confirmation of your shipment with a tracking code.International shipping (outside of USA)
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
